I am getting an error with 1 category when I import into j2.5 using flexi migrate 1.1. The import also hangs on "Import releases datas":



Is there a way to identify which category is failing?

Here is the full steps of what I did:

1) Installed Fleximigate 1.1 onto Joomla 1.5 site. Generated the fleximigrate.zip archive without problems.

2) Created a completely clean Joomla 2.5.9 install

3) Installed com_flexicontent_v2.0_RC9b_r1601.zip
- Performed preconfiguration tasks.
- Opened + Saved the configuation screen

4) Installed Fleximigrate 1.1
- Created a directory /images/fleximigrate and moved fleximigrate.zip into it
- Launched the import

No, no javascript errors.

Ok maybe there si a time limit problem if you have a lot of records.
Do you know if you have php restriction in your hosting ? because i try to force the time limit to unlimited , but if the function set_time_limit is blocked it will not work.

I just tried to post my PHP info but it broke the forum! Is there a particular php.inf value to look for?

I have root access to the server so can tweak any settings you think might help

I set max_execution_time to 1200 and memory_limit to 512M , but still get the same problem. Any more ideas? Is there a way for me to check which category is failing?

I just remove / and reinstall FLEXIcontent. Lauch the import and all seem to works normally, it's just take a little time.

That's strange, but thanks for looking into it.

I see a new version of Flexicontent was released, which you used. Maybe that fixed the problem.

There is still the issue with the 1 category which fails - it would be great to know which categories are failing or what the error is.
